In celebration of Black History Month, the 黑料老司机 salutes Khatsini Simani. Khatsini wants to empower people with tools for financial literacy. A former McNair Scholar, she鈥檚 connecting that passion with research as a Ph.D. student in information science. We鈥檙e proud of Khatsini and the UW McNair Scholars Program鈥檚 20-year legacy of preparing underrepresented minority, first-generation and low-income students for doctoral studies.
