Monthly UW Web Accessibility and Usability Meetup
These monthly meetups provide an opportunity for UW web developers and designers to discuss accessibility and usability issues in a relaxed, casual setting, and provide friendly feedback on one another鈥檚 web projects. We encourage you to bring your accessibility questions or just join us to see what others are working on.
- Audience: UW web developers and designers
- Schedule: 4th Tuesday of each month, 11:00 am to 12:00 Noon, on Zoom.

Workshops and Trainings
Autumn 2026 Accessibility POP (Progress over Perfection) Sessions
Do you feel like you have no time for accessibility training?
POP sessions are 60-minute interactive workshops, each focusing on one particular accessibility topic or skill. Each session consists of instruction (15 to 20 minutes), practice and question time (30 minutes), and final reflection.
This autumn, make an afternoon cup of tea or coffee and join a fun and collegial accessibility training session with your peers!
Audience: All members of the UW community, regardless of role or skill level.
Schedule: Select Wednesdays during Autumn Quarter, on Zoom, from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

Course Accessibility Lunch & Learns (Monthly)
Join us again in Autumn 2026 for the return of our monthly Lunch & Learns. We’ll continue to hear special guests from across the UW community talk about various tools and topics related to course accessibility. There will be something for everyone!
Audience: Instructors at all levels, TAs, Faculty Support Staff, the UW community
