The has directions from I-5 for each, and the fills in the rest. Arriving by taxi or rideshare? Go to the Lander Hall desk for west campus halls or the Oliver Hall desk for north.
Your Husky checks in, while the family unloads
Your Husky shows their Husky Card or a photo ID, picks up room and mailbox keys, and gets a student volunteer with a cart to help unload. HFS plans for one vehicle and up to two guests per student at the zone, and check-in runs about two to three hours. A hand truck from home is never a mistake.
Move the car, then build the room
Check-in zones are for unloading only. Once the car is empty, move it to a campus , paid by the or the pay station in the lot, then take your time upstairs.
Take a break at the UW Family Lounge
Oak Hall Denny Room on north campus, Maple Hall Great Room on west. Tue–Wed 10 a.m.–6 p.m., Thu–Fri 10 a.m.–4 p.m. Register once, visit both.
